About

Meet Amy

Amy Hall is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin who has been licensed since 2019. She has a Masters in Counseling from UW-Whitewater and has multiple years of experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy in residential and intensive programs at Rogers Behavioral Health. Amy has also worked in the school setting, helping navigate mental health in the education system. She specializes in treating depression, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, family conflict, life transitions, and behavioral issues. Amy encourages her clients to understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to engage in life more effectively. Additionally, Amy offers a safe space to explore an individual’s past experiences, learn new coping skills and identify emotional needs. She likes to include family in the therapy process by offering coaching, education, and support in the home setting. Amy is happy to collaborate with schools and other care providers to give the best quality care. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family, is a dog lover, and likes to cook. Amy is a believer that exercise and movement positively impacts mood and uses this in her daily life. I am in network with Aetna and Cigna, but I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. For private pay clients, payment will be due at the time of the session. I can accept credit card or FSA/HSA as a form of payment. Private pay allows the client to not require a DSM diagnosis and insurance cannot dictate how many sessions are allowed. If there are any further questions regarding this please reach out!
